If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund—no questions asked.

To qualify:

• The item must be unused or in like-new condition
   
• Returned in the original packaging
   
• Include proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order number)

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.

1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

All our therapy products are backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong due to a fault in materials or workmanship, we’ll either:

• Repair the item
   
• Replace it free of charge
   
• Or offer a refund if repair or replacement isn't possible

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty and refund policy does not cover:

• Accidental damage or misuse
   
• Normal wear and tear
   
• Consumables (e.g. gel pads or batteries), unless they arrive faulty
   
• Products that have been tampered with or repaired without authorisation
